4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit funds into their gac108 Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• We do not accept third-party deposits. Accounts found to be receiving funds from third parties may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours, though most withdrawals to Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are completed within 3-6 hours during WIB business hours.
• Before processing a withdrawal, we may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks if deemed necessary.

• We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals below Rp 500.000 at our discretion.
